Boba turns AI models like Claude, GPT, and Gemini into working traders across Solana and nine other chains. It gives these models a direct line to real markets, so instead of just answering questions, an AI can research a token, plan a trade, and execute it on chain when the user tells it to.

Under the hood, Boba runs on an MCP server paired with a local CLI proxy. The proxy sits between the AI model and the trading backend, so the model can call tools for swaps, perp positions, prediction market bets, DCA orders, and token launches, all through natural language. Users connect their preferred model to this bridge and give instructions in plain English: find a route, open a position, place a limit order, launch a token on Pump fun or Bags. Go to agents.boba.xyz and sign up for access. You get login details and any free credit that is available.

Install the CLI
Open a terminal and install the tradeboba package globally with npm.

Log in to Boba
Run the boba command to open the menu, or enter your login details directly if you want to skip the menu.

Install for your model
Run the install command for the AI setup you use, such as Claude desktop or a code only environment.

Start the local proxy
Launch the proxy server in the background. This lets your AI model send requests without ever seeing your private keys.

Give trading instructions

Boba comes from Able Labs, operating under the TradeBoba name, and the core CLI is open source under an MIT license on GitHub, so anyone can check how the proxy handles credentials. Private keys never leave the local machine, access uses short lived tokens, and users can revoke permissions instantly, which are solid security patterns for a trading tool.
